Orange, mini peppers are extra sweet. Great as a snack. With fine green leaves and a full plant structure, capsicum does great in pots and the garden. Bears fruit for long periods. Very decorative in pots.

The Serrano plant is easy to grow and a vigorous bearer of fruit. The fruit is mostly green, but sometimes also found in shades of red, yellow & orange. This capsicum is great to use in a salsa, fried or pickled, with a hot and spicy taste. Similar to jalapenos, just smaller.
Lightweight expanded clay is a light weight aggregate made by heating clay in a rotary kiln. It has small bubbles producing a honeycomb structure. These spaces allow nutrients to be taken up by the pellet and released to the plant gradually.
The curry plant is not edible and not to be confused with the curry we find in Indian dishes. It has a warm, curry-like fragrance, but is bitter to the taste. This plant can be used in potpourris, but it is advisable to not use it in food.
As a garnish, dill is excellent on cold soups, cumumber & yogurt, or on tzatziki and pairs particularly well with seafood. It is also good with spreads, sour cream, cream cheese, and lamb. Cosmo has a compact growth, with brilliant purple, snack-sized fruit which willl turn red when fully mature. Use fresh or cooked, cosmo is hot and will add a nice amount of spice to any dish. Decorative in pots indoor or outdoor.
