A well-shaped and fast growing evergreen tree with low branches. The smooth grey bark will become rough with age. Tiny yellow bell-shaped flowers will attract birds, bees & butterflies from early spring. Male and female flowers are carried on seperate trees. In winter the tree carries greenish-yellow pods with shiny orange coated seeds. Ideal to use as a hedge or screen.
