Taishan is a dwarf marigold with a mounded and upright habit.  Bearing bright cheerful yellow tightly petalled blooms on strong stems. Flowers from spring to late summer.  Heat tolerant and excellent to use as companion plant in veggie gardens.  Fantastic when planted in mass in front of taller perennials such as Salvias. Attracts bees and butterflies to the garden.
