A succulent, evergreen trailing vine with dainty heart-shaped leaves, marbled with shades of silver and green on the top, and green to purple on the undersides. Bears small pinkish flowers and aerial tubers, which forms at the nodes along the delicate pink stems. Allow the soil to almost dry out before watering. In winter, water very sparingly.
