LM is an indigenous medium coarse textured creeping grass with good drought, heat and shade tolerance. Growth inhibited by frost.

This mixture is for the full sun and semi-shade and remains green all year round – even when exposed to frost. It is not invasive and does not require edge trimming.

Buffalo grass may take 7-14 days for the roots to establish. Water daily until roots are firmly established. Afterward, water weekly unless your lawn is receiving generous rainfall.

Princess (Cynodon dactylon) is an indigenous, medium fine textured creeping grass with excellent drought, heat and wear tolerance.  It becomes dormant and goes brown when exposed to frost.  This is a fine textured Bermuda hybrid, which is finer than Kikuyu.

Cynodon Princess is water wise and ideal for coastal areas.

Shade-Over is the perfect lawn seed for shaded spots, such as beneath trees. It features a mix of grasses specially suited to grow well in shady areas. With proper mowing, never cutting shorter than 6 to 7 cm in shaded areas—this lawn will flourish year after year.

Shade-Over remains green throughout the seasons and withstands heat effectively.

Dichondra repens, commonly called Wonderlawn, features round to kidney-shaped leaves that create a thick, low-lying ground cover. Perfect for spots where mowing isn’t possible, like between stepping stones, this adaptable plant thrives in both sun and shade. Additionally, Wonderlawn, Dichondra repens is drought-resistant, making it a practical choice for various garden settings.

Kikuyu is a medium to coarse textured creeping grass that is a vigorous grower and is relatively hardy. It becomes dormant and goes brown when exposed to frost.  Kikuyu is heat tolerant.
