Cape Garden is proud that our Cape Garden Somerset West store was voted best Garden Center in South Africa 2025 by the South African Nursery Association (SANA) as part of their Consumer's Choice Award Competition. The same Cape Garden store also won the award for best customer service in the Garden Centre industry in South Africa.
Our Cape Garden growing farm is the largest ornamental plant grower in the Western Cape, which allows us to give our customers the best selection of plants at a fair and affordable price. This advantage ensures well-stocked retail stores and professional sales teams with extensive plant knowledge and insights provided by our phenomenal team of plant growers.
As we grow and demand increase due to incredible support from our local communities, our current production of 1.2 million plants annually will be increased to accommodate the ever-increasing demand and ensure we can cater for the needs of every Cape Town based gardener and garden landscapers. Cape Garden recently acquired additional extra 12-hectare farming property at our growing farm in Vredendal to ensure we can keep pace with the demand. All these factors combined will ensure that our team of 400 employees will deliver the products and services our customers expect from us.

With five retail stores (George, Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Joostenbergvlakte & Vredendal) and two production farms, we are well-equipped to uphold this commitment.
